Ongoing Support Services are great for small companies with only a few employees. This retainer based approach gives you the safety in knowing someone with HR expertise is there when you need them and can help assess different facets of your ongoing people support needs.
Light Touch
This is great for leaders who only have one employee and want a touch point if HR related things come up.
2 hours month (recommended 6 month commitment): $250/month
This could look something like a monthly 1 hour strategy session, and touch point for answering any one off HR related questions that come up.
Medium Touch
This is great for people who manage a small team and want to be able to outsource some HR-related tasks to an expert.
4-5 hours month (recommended 6 month commitment): $500/month
This could look something like payroll processing and kicking off a performance assessment project or monitoring an ongoing accommodation need with bi-monthly strategy check ins.
More Hands On
This is great for leaders who have a small to mid-size team and may be hiring on a regular basis or are dealing with a frequent volume of HR related needs.
8-10 hours month (recommended 6 month commitment): $1,000/month
This could look like participating in job interviews, being a third party participate with your benefits provider, monthly strategy meetings and ongoing assessment of people support structures.
