Hiring your first employee can be exciting, but also overwhelming. This package is good for founders/leaders who are ready to build the foundations to grow their team and want to do it in an intentional inclusive way.

Includes customized checklist of tasks to be performed based on local compliance needs, templates for job descriptions and offer letters, inclusive, industry-specific handbook creation, and consulting support on setting up required accounts.
For an additional fee, I can lead the nuts and bolts of the entire process.
